SpaceXNow, including the SpaceXNow Android application, is provided by Tigo Passchier (I) at no cost and is intended for use "as is". The SpaceXNow iOS application, while also offered at no cost, is provided separately by Andrew Munsell.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Service.

I do not collect any personally identifiable information from users. However, I utilize Google Firebase for push notifications, crash reporting, and analytics. Firebase, a third-party service provided by Google, may collect certain information, including anonymized data, to facilitate these services.

I use FCM to send push notifications to your device. You can manage your preferences for receiving push notifications in your device settings.
Google Firebase Crashlytics (Crash and error reporting)
I use Firebase Crashlytics to collect data about app crashes and errors for the purpose of improving app stability and performance. This data is anonymized and aggregated to analyze trends and identify issues. It is possible to opt out of this behavior through the app settings.

I use Firebase Analytics to provide insights into app usage, performance, and user interactions. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

I do not share or disclose any personally identifiable information collected by SpaceXNow with third parties. However, please note that Google Firebase, as a third-party service provider, may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Over the years, I (Tigo Passchier) have been closely involved in managing and supporting the SpaceXNow app alongside the original creator, Bradley Hammond. This collaboration has not only ensured the app's continued relevance but has also enabled me to implement significant improvements.

As of February 2024, the responsibility for the SpaceXNow app, including its associated domain, back end server, and other related assets, has been officially transferred to me.
